How Can severe Headache Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I am experiencing dizziness and some unsteadiness. I had a headache a month ago which felt like someone was pushing down on the top of my head. It lasted several weeks and was unusual as I don t get headaches. I have had some right hand numbness in my 4 and 5th fingers off and on. Most worrisome was last week when I was lifting weights and was doing arm curls. I am sure I was holding my breath and not using proper form but had a sudden thunderclap headache that lasted only until I stopped the maneuver. It scared me as it was so severe. I was somewhat nauseated and felt awful right after but the symptoms went away after a few minutes. I mentioned this to my PCP and she did not think it was anything. The dizziness seems to be getting worse. Any ideas?
